Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order before the cut-off time. After that, you will need to wait for the delivery and then submit a return request. Please refer to our full shipping policy.

How long does shipping to take?

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00pm (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, which may delay delivery by one business day.
  • Processing time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners.
  • Shipping time: 4–6 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total delivery time: 5–8 working days in total.
