Exchanges and Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Once we’ve received your return and it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your request immediately.

You can request the return form by sending an email to our customer service team at support@britdwell.com. We’ll be happy to assist you further.

Order and Delivery

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00pm (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day, which may delay delivery by one business day.
  • Processing time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted delivery partners.
  • Shipping time: 4–6 working days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total delivery time: 5–8 working days in total.

We fully cover the shipping costs. That means you don’t pay any shipping fees for the delivery of your order, and our products are delivered to you free of charge.

As we work with multiple suppliers, items from your order may be shipped separately.
If any products are missing, they are still on their way to you.
Our apologies for the inconvenience. In most cases, you will receive the remaining items within 2–3 days.

Yes, that’s possible. Please email our customer service as soon as possible, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet.

There may be a processing delay before the shipping status is updated. It can take some time for the tracking information to appear. Please try again later and check the status regularly.
